Senior Quantity Surveyor (Residential )

£50000- £65000 plus package

Anderselite are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading house builders for a residential project in Bristol.
As a Senior Quantity surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the projects.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with theContracts Manager, Project/Site Managers, Technical Manager, Sales Manager, and Customer Care Manager.
• Managing sub-contractor accounts, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and resolving any commercial issues.
• Conducting initial recruitment interviews for potential team members.
• Producing monthly CVR reports to monitor and control project finances within budget.
• Reviewing sub-contractor queries and managing sub-contract administration.
• Preparing, monitoring, and controlling risk and opportunity schedules.
• Overseeing QS's and Assistant QS's, including training plans and appraisals.
• Procuring, managing, and financially controlling work packages to meet construction Assisting the Commercial Manager with relevant duties, including preparing financial reports

Skills and Qualifications:
• Knowledge and experience of cost control, procurement, and commercial aspects of construction/house building.
• Strong financial and numeracy management skills.
• Experience using the COINS operating system.
• Must hold a full Driving Licence valid to drive in the UK.
• Must hold a relevant CSCS card.
• Main Contractor or Developer experience.
