I am currently seeking a Freeelance / Contract Senior Quantity Surveyor for work on a well known project in SW London.
The role will include but not be limited to the following:
- Management of sub contract accounts
- Accurate costing and preparation of budgets throughout the project development
- Liaising with the client, contractors, and sub-contractors
- Leading commercial meetings on the project
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor ( SQS ), Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
- Experience dealing with external work packages, Roofing, Groundworks, Landscaping
- BSc, HNC, HND or vocational equivalent within Quantity Surveying or similar
- Couple of references
