IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Our client, a leading contractor specialising in both build and refurbishment / fit out works is looking to appoint a Intermediate - Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The client has a busy order book for 2021 and is now looking to strengthen their commercial team with a new appointment.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years experience working for main contractors or specialist fit out / refurbishment contractors and have a solid contractual knowledge of JCT, etc and be capable of handling projects up to £5m in value.

You will have relevant project experience in either build, commercial refurb or retail working on multiple fast track schemes and be a dynamic thinker and be able to make decisions independantly. If you are a RICS member this would be a distinct advantage although not essential.
