Role: Senior Planner - Planning Team (Severn Trent Water Region
Location: Derby Office
Salary - £65-75k + package

About The Role:

Anderselite are recruiting on behalf of a tier one water contractor, whos seeking a Senior Planner to strengthen their Planning team in the Severn Trent Water region. Based at the Derby office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring project plans have achievable timescales, are accurately monitored, and updated.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Planning Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Enabling Project Management to control contract progress by identifying and producing integrated work programs.
Monitoring performance against plans, identifying potential issues, and providing early warnings.
Identifying critical paths for contracts to minimize company risk.
Assisting the project team in resource planning and leveling through appropriate resource analysis.
Demonstrating detailed knowledge of the NEC contract and program requirements.
Leading the planning section at contract/progress review meetings.

About The Candidate:

Essential:

Experience in the Water/Wastewater industry.
Civil Engineering or M&E or Building experience.
Sound understanding of planning skills and programming.
