The Company

Contract planner required for a for very well-respected construction company. They are an international business and working across commercial and leisure sectors. Due to circa £100m project win they are looking for a planner to work on their Manchester fit out projects. This is a great opportunity for a contract planner to join project from the start. On offer is a day rate of £350 to £400 per day.

The Role

You Will:

Ideally based out of Manchester you will provide planning expertise for construction projects that includes a Fit out on large leisure projects
Progress reports on projects
Update schedules
Preparing logistics plans
Discuss progress with stake holders

About You

Have previous site management experience ideally with a main contractor
Have previous planning experience using including Synchro Pro and Navisworks
Have a construction related HNC/Degree or equivalent qualification/ work experience.
