I'm looking for a Development Engineer to work for a reputable housing developer. The ideally candidate will be already working in a similar role for a housing company. Giving essential support to Technical Team in land viability engineering and Site investigation works.


Requirements:

HNC / HND or degree qualified
AutoCAD proficient (essential)
Valid full UK Driving License
Land Viability and Land Appraisals (essential)
Good engineering knowledge from previous experience of working within the House Building Sector
Commercial awareness - in costings of Land
