I am currently recruiting for a Senior Consultant – Strategic Planning for my consultancy client. This is nationwide role with the expectation to work with multiple teams across regions.

The role is a developmental stepping-stone leading onto increasing autonomy, responsibility and seniority. The role holder is expected to plan and produce outputs of the highest quality in terms of content and presentation ranging from project workshop consultations through to activity analysis and briefing documents. Further, the post holder should be working toward growing their own professional capabilities and supervising the work of junior colleagues to support them enhance theirs.

You are expected drive the daily business of project delivery. Identifying and allocating tasks; setting standards and working closely with team members to ensure outputs are insightful, well-presented and offer deliverable, thought through solutions to our clients.

You will need to be interested in and highly motivated about solving our clients’ challenges; to be self-disciplined; be able to manage your own workload; be a team player – meeting your and supporting colleagues meet their internal and external deadlines.

If you have experience in any of the following areas then I would be keen on having a conversation with you. 

  • Registered General Nurse or had 4-5 years’ experience working in the NHS (or similar Healthcare Consultancy business).
  • Key NHS Strategic policies and guidance
  • Health Building Notes
  • HM Treasury 5 case model
  • Familiar health policy, analysis and trends
  • Familiar with analyses, guidance and information issued by health and social care related special interest groups; and, professional bodies
