Are you wanting to make a difference to peoples lives? If so, an exciting opportunity has become available for a level 3 Architectural Technician to join a close-knit Design & Project Management team who specialise in designing disability homes and adaptations, in Crewe.

The successful Architectural Technician can expect a salary of £35k-£45k depending on experience with flexible home working available if required. The main responsibility within the role is designing inclusive adaptations, expansions and new construction projects. The high-quality detailed drawings will be designed on Revit. Continuous training and support opportunities are available.

Requirements:

- Contract Administration/Project Management experience
- Proficient on Revit
- Experience within residential sector
- JCT experience
- Architectural qualification (Degree, HNC, etc)
- Good knowledge of UK Planning & Building Regulations
