Anderselite are currently looking to recruit a Senior Planning Architectural Technician or Technologist/ Architect or Architectural Assistant for a well-established Architectural organisation based in the Gloucestershire area.
The Residential/ Housing Team are looking for a Senior individual who has previously worked on projects such as Residential and Housing and someone who is used to working with housebuilders and developers who has excellent planning and housetype experience.

You will need to be Technically competent and be able to do complicated planning drawings on AutoCAD as well as having an understanding of other various packages such as Revit. You will also need to produce Planning applications, planning appraisals and CAD site layouts.
