The client is a top 5 global architectural practice who is offering a great opportunity to join their rapidly growing architecture team in their multi-disciplinary offices in Manchester between Warrington and Manchester. They are offering a highly competitive salary plus benefits and are looking for Architects with strong project experience of Revit along with a history of working on the production of design and technical drawings.

You will join a busy design team where the exciting and varied workload currently includes nuclear, power and energy projects, defence, water, ports, laboratories, residential, transport, industrial, health and blue light services projects. The workload is in the UK and abroad, for major worldwide clients, ranging from massive scale projects down to repeat smaller projects with major frameworks.

The Architect will be working on a wide range of projects including; nuclear, defense, industrial, commercial, residential, new build and refurbishment.

You will be responsible for providing architectural guidance, calculations, analysis, studies and recommendations for a specialized segment of the Architectural Discipline within the schedules and budget of an assigned project.
May manage various size groups of architects, designers and/or specialists.
Liaison with external and internal client teams
Due to the security clearance requirements of Defence projects, only UK Nationals can be considered for this role.
Minimum Requirements;
Registered architect ARB RIBA
Have a strong design and technical ability and be highly computer literate.
Have strong Revit skills and BIM awareness.
Be highly organised with attention to detail.
Have architectural or technical qualifications relevant to the role.
Preferably, you will demonstrate a wide experience of design and project management within the regulated industries, and have worked previously on industrial, process driven and highly serviced projects.
Relevant experience in other sectors, i.e. government, retail, healthcare, education, offices, laboratories, residential, transport will also be considered
Experience of working with a multi-disciplinary consultancy
