Job description

AndersElite are currently partnering with a leading provider of facilities services to recruit a sales support assistant to be based on a static site in Leeds.

This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours / week & you will be. There is a salary of £18,000/ year.

You will be working with Account Managers to cover all administrative elements in the delivery of the sales process (pre and post sales).

This role is key in facilitating the efficient functioning of the sales team helping to support relationships with customers & internal staff.

The role demands a quick & accurate reporting of information & documentation, providing flexible levels of responsibility and duties. As this role entails reading through complex tender information & data entry, attention to detail is a key part of the role.

Main Duties:

  1. To work with the Account Manager to deliver the appropriate level of support to ensure objectives are met
  2. To organise and prioritise high levels of daily workflow
  3. To set-up gas and electricity quotes within tight deadlines and to high levels of accuracy
  4. To provide, run and validate gas and electricity quote documentation.
  5. Take responsibility for quote calculation and validating the offers
  6. To take responsibility for booking and locking in contracts. Liaising with internal relevant departments
  7. To maintain via phone and email excellent working relationships with Account Manager, Customers and TPI's
  8. To update relevant systems with contract and contact details
  9. To file and store relevant documents
  10. To provide other ad-hoc support as and when required with internal and external queries and projects
  11. Adherence to internal process and risk frameworks
  12. Take ownership of process improvements and to work towards taking responsibility for an individual process
  13. Assist in the training of new starters, both Sales Support and Account Managers, as necessary
  14. To assist in the testing and training of new systems and tools

Qualifications

  1. GCSE Grade C Maths (or equivalent)
  2. GCSE Grade C English (or equivalent)
  3. University degree preferred (not a prerequisite)
