Sales Consultant required for well establish a Tier 1 property developer.
This is an opportunity to sell real estate property of a first-class product in residential development and a hot investment market.

In this role, you will be working within a sales team selling new homes property within Manchester such as high-end apartments to high-net-worth individuals or property investors.

Required Skills
• Experience working with a leading contractor or developer in a Sales Consultant position on a high end development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
• Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals
• Excellent customer service skills in line with Our Vision of providing world-class service

• Excellent time management and able to commit and work to deadlines

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain the presentation of the sales areas to the highest standard
• Research the marketplace and use the data to sell above the competition
• Effectively manage a sales database to optimise sales opportunities
• Generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity
• Maximise the telephone as a sales tool
• Apply effective selling skills to exceed required profitable sales targets
• Progress secured reservations to completion
• Anticipate and manage the threat of cancellation and minimise the cancellation rates
• Ensure a smooth journey for the customer and the company during the legal process
• Effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service
• Work as a participative member of the sales team
• Effectively manage all sales administration in order to ensure that correct reporting is provided
• Effectively manage and resolve any customer complaints
• Actively focus on self-development and the improvement of sales and sales management skills
• Represent client to the highest possible standards of business

At least 2 years previous experience as a Sales Consultant/ Agent Letting for a main contractor in residential construction is CRUCIAL.

What we offer:
• £25,000 basic salary + commission, OTE £50,000 (including basic salary)
