Job description

I am currently recruiting a Regional Procurement Lead on a 12 Month FTC for my client in London. You will support the procurement of a new regional Healthcare ITP.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist Transactors with the running and delivery of an Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) procurement within two given regions for the establishment of a new Public Private Partnership Company which will assist in the transformation of the health estate;
  • Provide support to Transactors with identification and recruitment of regional evaluation panels from local health systems to support the evaluation and selection of a successful bidder to form each relevant sub-regional ITP Company;
  • Engage with local systems regarding the Health Infrastructure Transformation Partnerships
  • Provide support to Transactors to develop an evaluation training programme and deliver the training for the regional evaluation panels;
  • Attend and help facilitate dialogue sessions with bidders where necessary and support the Transactors through the clarification process,
  • Sit on the Summary Evaluation Panel (comprising of Financial, Legal and Partnering groups) assisting Transactors in ensuring consistency of evaluation across all 3 disciplines and manage the regional professional advisory teams;

In order to be considered for this role you will require:

* OJEU procurement experience and knowledge of PPPs;
* Demonstrable knowledge of the component parts of a procurement process;
* Ability to assist with development and delivery of procurement training programmes;
* Ability to produce high quality reports, presentations and other relevant documentation;
* Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
* Good ability with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Be able to work well within a team, whilst also being able to self-motivate with minimal direct supervision
* Have excellent personal organisation and time-management skills.
