Job description

Recruitment Consultant - All Levels - Civil Engineering - Southampton

Anderselite are a unique presence in the recruitment industry and leading technical recruitment experts to the built environment. With seven regional offices across the UK our dedicated teams are perfectly positioned to provide permanent, temporary and contract blue and white collar recruitment services to a multitude of companies, large and small, within the Construction, Civil Engineering and Rail sectors.

We were acquired by Morson Group in 2018 - The move has already showering us with resources and opportunity - only afforded by a parent company which turns over £850m! As such, our Southampton office has undergone a period of significant growth and we are now looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our Construction and Civil Engineering division.

Our civil engineering business is supporting increased government and cyclical investment across sector areas including AMP 6, the National Infrastructure Delivery Plan, HS2 and NNB programs.

We have a UK-wide specialist presence, +30yr database, and unrivalled technology, alongside the client base, brand and reputation to suit those willing to commit, through hard work and outstanding customer service, to become a leading recruiter within their market.

Our Southampton office has a modern, spacious, open-plan set-up in Ocean Village. We provide an adult-centric workplace, with teamwork at the forefront of our business and regular incentives to keep things interesting.

Applicants will have:

  • Stable and proven recruitment background (any specialist sector)
  • Strong academic qualifications
  • Motivation and drive to excel

We look to recruit ambitious self-starters, as our business is run through trust and support, not micro-management. We are transparent through performance related promotions, we don't do politics and we believe in doing the right thing. Anderselite suits consultants wanting to be treated like adults, with a lean management structure and REC accredited training.

Equity opportunities will become available to high achievers and our earning potential is market-leading. Our remuneration includes competitive basic salary, market-leading commission and bonus structure, and the opportunity, through commitment and success, to be more than an employee.

If you want to hear more about the unique opportunities within our civil engineering business, please call Debbie Swain on 02380 219128.

Anderselite Ltd operates as both an Employment Agency and Employment Business.
