Job description

Our client is a worldwide Professional Services Consultancy, seeking a Receptionist/Team Secretary to work in their Sheffield office on a part time basis ideally 2-3 days per week.

The Role:

This is an interesting client facing receptionist position, providing secretarial support to the Sheffield office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

*Receive and deal effectively with all calls through the switchboard.

*Greet all visitors in a professional and efficient manner.

*Present a professional image, both in person and over the phone.

*Ensure the reception area is tidy at all times and kept up to date with the company literature.

*Manage the administration of the telephone system, i.e. Create, edit and delete extension names and numbers and ensure short dials and mobile numbers are up to date.

*Various general Administration duties.

The candidate:

  • The chosen candidate will have excellent communication, both orally and in writing.
  • You must be articulate, confident and well presented.
  • Excellent organisational skills are vital in the fast paced, busy office environment.

This position offers a competitive salary and the salary offered will be pro-rated depending on the number of days that you work each week.
