Job description

Our client a Global Multi-Disciplinary Property and Construction Consultancy are currently looking for a Receptionist to support them in their Birmingham office on a short term contract basis.

To be considered for this role you will have gained some previous experience in a similar role and you will be involved in the following:

  • Answering incoming calls and directing the calls to the relevant person
  • Signing visitors in and out of the office
  • Arranging meetings and organising the meeting rooms
  • Arranging lunch and refereshments
  • Dealing with in going and out going post
  • Meeting and Greeting visitors
