Our client a Global Multi-Disciplinary Property and Construction Consultancy are currently looking for a Receptionist to support them in their Birmingham office on a short term contract basis.
To be considered for this role you will have gained some previous experience in a similar role and you will be involved in the following:
- Answering incoming calls and directing the calls to the relevant person
- Signing visitors in and out of the office
- Arranging meetings and organising the meeting rooms
- Arranging lunch and refereshments
- Dealing with in going and out going post
- Meeting and Greeting visitors
