Job description

This client is a company of consulting engineers based in Manchester city centre providing structural, civil, environmental and transportation services across the UK.

The client is looking for a Receptionist/Administrator who will be the firat point of contact for the business and provide support to the team of Engineers , they are looking for a candidate with a "can do" attitude and has strong experience.

Main duties.

First point of contact for the business.

Reception duties.

Managing the conference rooms.

Organising refreshments for In house lunches.

Scanning and preparing of documents.

Booking/arranging couriers.

Filling documents following QA procedures.

Incoming and outgoing post.

Processing emails.

Typing letters,reports, specifications, Invoices.

Assist the Senior Secretary's / Marketing Manager when required.

Maintain company database.

Booking of travel arrangements.

Maintain document archive.

Administration support.

Person Specification.

Confident in Word/Excel.

Knowledge of InDesign (Design Package) would be an advantage.

Strong communication skills.

Professional manner.

Positive "Can do" attitude/ team player.
