*******OUTSIDE IR35 CONTRACT ROLE*********

Our client a medium sized multi-disciplinary consultancy with 5 offices throughout the UK and are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their current team based in the Yorkshire Region.

The initial focus of the role is to support the delivery of pre and post contract QS services to our NHS, health care and social housing clients within the Projects team.

Responsibilities:

• To support QS commissions, taking responsibility for effectively delivering a range of tasks to high quality standards.
• To lead QS commissions on complex projects.

Requirements/Experience:

• Relevant degree.
• Quantity Surveying experience on varied projects and academic background (minimum 3 years post degree experience)

This role is initially starting on a 3 month contract basis with a view to this being reviewed after this point. The rate offered will be reflective of previous experience gained in a similar role.
