Quantity Surveyor required to join a growing Super-Prime Residential contractor in London.

Our client is already well established in the competitive high-end residential refurbishment market in London and Surrey. They are going through a controlled expansion and looking for a driven QS with high-end residential experience to join the successful team and push in the right direction.

• Projects will be varied across London’s prime postcodes, Current projects include full Luxury townhouse
refurbishment, Serviced luxury apartments and larger estates.
• The role will be split across site and the central London office, Looking after the full commercial details of a
project and reporting to the experienced directors and senior management.
• The ideal candidate will have good experience in the high-end or Super-Prime residential Sectors
