A high end residential and commercial contractor builder with a excellent reputation seek a Residential Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to work on multi-million, bespoke residential and commercial projects.
This established developer has been creating and designing beautiful bespoke homes for years. The office is based in and Cheshire the sites are also in the Cheshire / Manchester area.
This is an amazing opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join this award winning, luxury house builder who is after the opportunity to work on some challenging projects.
They have a fantastic reputation as a responsible and professional high end developer.
Projects
4 -5 live projects mixture of residential, commercial and healthcare.

Duties
• Subcontract management including procurement
• CVRs
• Valuations
• Variations
• Placing Subcontract orders
• Dealing with payment enquiries
• Price analysis
• Measurements
• Take offs
• Price analysis

The candidate
All applicants must be studying a relevant degree (on a day release)
All applicants must be able to complete / have experience in all duties
Must have at least 12 months experience as a trainee Quantity Surveyor (minimum)
House building or residential experience
A minimum of 5 years’ work experience (on site and in the office)
Required qualifications
A relevant degree in BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
HNC / HND is essential or a similar in a commercial related course is essential.
Ideally CSCS card
Salary and Benefits
£35,000 - £47,000
