Job description

Anderselite are looking for an experienced part-time Purchasing Administrator to work with a leading main contractor in the construction industry, based from their premises in Exeter.

Supporting the Buyer, this intrinsic role will cover the raising of purchase orders and related administration, with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational requirements.

Duties will include:
* Liaising with suppliers for quotations
* Resolving queries alongside the Buyer and agents
* Issuing purchase orders to suppliers
* Electronic filing and ensuring all systems are kept up-to-date

This is a 4-month, part-time contract (up to 20 hours per week), due to commence in mid-February, with a competitive hourly rate on offer.

If you have prior experience working in an administrative/ purchasing position within the construction industry, this role could be a fantastic fit for you. Knowledge of purchasing systems such as SAP/ Oracle would also be advantageous.
