Purchase Ledger Administrator  

London – EC2R postcode area  
2 month initial contract assignment – can potentially be extended
£15 per hour
Full-time office based (potential for 1 day from home a week but need to start in the office full time)

New opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join a large, well respected construction company on a 2 month initial contract. You will be responsible for processing invoices and looking after supplier accounts.

We are looking for someone with direct experience in Purchase Ledger who can hit the ground running. Experience dealing with sub-contractors and using Microsoft packages (word, excel, outlook etc) Is essential and you must possess a great attitude towards work with a flexible approach and strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Verifying Sub-Contractor Invoices (In relation to the invoices which are going to be bulk paid)
  • Updating Cost logs
  • Liaising with Sub-Contractors regarding Invoice queries/requesting credits – must be confident in this type of activity

Start date – ASAP
End date – 2 months (may be increased to 3 months but this cannot be guaranteed)
