Our client is current looking for a Property Manager/Building Surveyor to work in a client side role.

You will be responsible for delivering industry leading standards of property management across c. 200 assets within a defined business unit. You will be expected to carry the technical competence to deliver all aspects of the role, together with the capability to develop strong professional and business relationships with up to 4 directly aligned Regional Managers.

You will be responsible for maintaining the property assets through a programme of repair and maintenance.

You will also ne responsible for identifying and delivering development opportunities across a multi-faceted property portfolio. This will be delivered within the defined capital and revenue budgets.

Skills/Experience:

Degree qualified in a Construction related discipline.
Ideally a back ground in Building Surveying or Project Management.
Ideally professionally qualified (MRICS, CIOB).

This role is home based and covers the Northern region to include Leeds and Manchester.
