Project Manager required to join leading property investment firm in central Manchester.

Our Client has a fantastic track record of acquiring, refurbishing, leasing and financing housing for investors, housing providers, Local Authorities and residents directly.

The successful candidate will have the following:

Project Management, Construction Management or Building Surveying Degree qualification

Experience in Project Managing and delivery of schemes.

Experience in administering JCT Contracts.

Experience of working in a team and working with Clients, Consultants and Key Stakeholders

You will join a fantastic team and focus on supporting the investments and development team in appraising current and future investment/development opportunities within the housing market. Key projects have generally been in commercial to residential conversion in and around Manchester.

Subsequent delivery and project management of our acquisitions, to deliver high quality developments ensuring every project is delivered to a high specification.

You will ideally have experience in the following areas:

Reviewing process and requirements with Investments and Development teams

Appraising a scheme and presenting a development appraisal

Creating a schedule of works independently for review

Be autonomous and build relationships indelendantly and manage your own diary

Be able to mannage costs independently on allocated sites and show understanding in costing appraisals.
