Senior Site Manager
Location Runcorn
My client is looking for a Senior Site Manager
You'll be building houses, apartments - 3 storey and a comms plot.
Key requirements:
NHBC - either achieved - or been shortlisted in the past.
Degree qualified and from a trades backgound
Abililty to write programmes on Asta / Mircosoft project
SMSTS, First Aid and Black CSCS card

You will also need to provide me with excellent references I can speak to and pass onto the client during the process.

Salary is from £55k with good benefits package and route for further progression.
