Freelance project manager required for £2m project in Bolton, Working for medium sized regional main contractor.

The project will be a refurbishment of an existing building into apartments for rental purposes. The building will house 24 apartments when completed.

As project manager will be the project lead on site as acting as number 1, reporting to a visiting construction director. A site manager/supervisor will be based on site with you from commencement of the project.

The succesful candidate will be repsonsible for project delivery, supervision of sub-contractors, design alterations, commercial input, client liaison and management of directly employed tradesman.

The project length is 10 months. We are able to pay this assignment via a limited company as it falls Outside of IR35.

Minimum requirements of CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications are required.
