Position: Project Architect/Associate Director

Location: Cheshire

The focus for this appointment is on succession-planning, so there is a genuine potential for the successful applicant to become a shareholder in the long term, whilst working as part of the Senior Management Team from the outset.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the business growth
  • Hands-on approach as a skilled architecture designer working on a diverse range of new build and renovation projects including but not limited to; Heritage, Leisure, Housing, Education, Commercial and Retail.
  • You'll be involved with projects from conception to completion which will include meeting prospective and existing clients at their offices and sites, predominantly across the North West of England and North Wales.

Essential:

  • Proven experience as a Projects Architect working on a diverse range of projects including residential schemes
  • ARB registered
  • Strong Design Skills
  • Strong hand drawing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable in a client facing role
  • Conscientious and passionate about delivering high standards
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM/Drawing
  • Job Runner and Job Finder
  • Full UK driving licence
