We are looking for a Premises Officer to work as part of the Facilities Management team to be responsible for ensuring the premises, fixtures and fittings, equipment and furnishings are cleaned and maintained to a high standard and are safe at all times.

As Premises Officer you be required to carry out a daily cleaning schedule, minor repairs such as changing a light bulb, basic plumbing and carpentry repairs, routine compliance checks as well as ensuring the grounds and refuse areas are clean and tidy. You will have daily contact with sub-contractors, ensuring good health and safety practices are being carried out.

An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required.
