Due to the expansion of their Plant Division, our client, a well known construction company is seeking to employ an Administrator to be based in their Sheffield (Brinsworth) office.

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for

Administration support to Plant Team
* Update insight 2 on a daily basis with Plant data
* Upload plant orders
* Use COINS on a daily basis for Plant processing
o Enter plant requisitions
o Enter plant orders
o Run reports
* Plant
o Maintain plant hire 'live report' on a weekly basis, send to Site Managers to request updates and
amend hire duration in COINS
o Issue 'Off hire' notification of plant, liaising with Suppliers and Site Managers to arrange collection
times/dates
o Issue 'Transfer' notification of plant
o Liaise with Senior Plant Manager regarding plant damage/loss.
* Preferred Supplier List (PSL)
o Administer PSL
o Process new supplier applications
o Ensure all PQQ information is received and logged onto the system
o Maintain and update annual insurances from suppliers
o Refer documents where required for further approval
* Fleet
o Liaise with Fleet Manager regarding depot vehicles and administration tasks.
* Plant Meetings
o Take minutes of supplier and internal meetings
o Distribute/save meeting minutes
* General clerical support to include word processing, filing, scanning and archiving
* Any other duties as may reasonably be required

candidates will ideally have rail experience or experience of working within the construction sector with a strong administrative background. You will have excellent IT skills, be highly organised and be able to interact with both internal staff and customers.
