Planner - Construction - major infrastructure project - Aylesbury (hybrid working available likely 2-3 days per week on site) - £50-£60k+package

Accountable for the production, monitoring, analysing, and reporting on project plans
Must have strong Microsoft Project experience
A clear level of planning control, governance, and reporting.
Plan resource levelling to smooth out resource overloads, future forecasting of resourcing and produce a cost analysis report against budget.
Ensure Programme Integration, identification of issues and identify solutions

Management of scope change notices in accordance with the contract requirements (e.g., early warnings, PMI’s, and compensation notices).

Skills and Experience
• HNC minimum in a construction/engineering Discipline.
• A minimum three years’ experience as a construction project planner.
• A good working knowledge of various standard forms of contract
• CSCS
