Piling Plant Manager

Role Overview:
Our client are seeking an experienced and skilled Piling Plant Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of their piling equipment and machinery. As the Piling Plant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall efficiency, safety, and performance of the piling plant. Your role will involve supervising a team, ensuring proper maintenance and servicing of equipment, coordinating with project managers, and implementing best practices to maximize productivity and meet project requirements.

Responsibilities:

Equipment Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the piling plant, ensuring equipment is maintained, serviced, and operated efficiently.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure availability of necessary equipment, tools, and materials.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or malfunctions promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and inventory.

Team Leadership and Coordination:
• Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team members.

• Monitor the progress of projects, ensuring timely completion within allocated budgets.

Quality Assurance:
• Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas, equipment, and processes to identify and resolve any quality issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing piling plant operations.
