Anderselite are recruiting on behalf of a tier one client who have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to be based in Bristol, supporting a director who is delivering works on a government project.

What you’ll be leading on
• Act as first point of contact for the Business Transformation & Performance Director, managing electronic communications, mail and incoming calls ensuring that these are prioritised, deadlines are considered, and appropriate action is taken as well as undertaking ad hoc administrative duties as and when required. Ensuring accurate, timely delivery and that relevant policies and procedures are followed.
• Manage logistics for your appointed Director(s) including management of diary, travel planning and expenses, to ensure effective utilisation of the Directors time and value for money.
• Arrange and attend meetings and events ensuring that consideration is given to the most effective and efficient use of time and cost produce accurate records and maintain and update action logs for all meetings.
• Collate and compose information and prepare standard documents, correspondence, papers and presentations accurately and efficiently, to support the delivery of excellent service standards to internal and / or external customers.
• Quality assure, enter and maintain information on systems and files to ensure that information is up to date, accurate, in the right place and easily accessible, handling department and Company sensitive information with discretion to ensure confidentiality ensuring security of papers and liaising with the team’s SHARE Information Manager where appropriate.
• Build effective working relationships with colleagues across National Highways and externally, to develop cooperation and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.

To be Successful
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• Experience within a similar role and environment
• Proficient in MS Office package
• Ability to work independently and use own initiative to effectively manage and prioritise workload in timeframes
• Ability to act with discretion at all times.
