Anderselite are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced ARB registered Architect to join a busy Architectural Cardiff studio to work on national projects, along with their other UK-wide studios.

As a Revit expert and Part 3 qualified, you will need to have worked in the UK construction / design industry for a minimum of 5 years as an Architect.

In this role you will run and project manage large projects, working both independently on drawing packages and manage assistants where necessary to ensure quality control of issued information.

Candidate Requirements;

Architect experience in the education sector is essential
Architect experience in the healthcare sector is essential
Able to audit the design and identify inconsistencies, discrepancies and missing information and record, report and track the close out of these items
Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and the Planning / Building Regulations application process
Capable of robust UK construction detailing
Experience in leading meetings on site with the client, design and contractor team
Delivered projects from conception to completion ideally worked in all RIBA Stages
Outstanding Revit skills
strong capability in the use of Autocad and BIM Level II
Excellent communication skills: spoken and written.
