Job description

Our Building Services team are looking for an Administrator based at our offices to cover maternity leave.

The Administrator will provide office administrative support to our Operational Efficiency team where required, particularly supporting the Operational Excellence Director and the team with Document Control and other tasks.

You'll:

  • Provide general office administration
  • Take telephone calls and deal with these in an efficient, polite and professional manner
  • Take minutes, prepare advanced PowerPoint Presentations as and when required
  • Manage travel, diaries and meetings when required
  • Act as custodian of corporate documents and records, maintaining high level of confidentiality at all times

We're looking for:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise workload methodically and able to work under pressure
  • Financial acumen in terms of cost control and "value for money"
