I am recruiting on behalf of a large construction company in their technology division, they are recruiting for an Office Assistant for at least a months work supporting the lead Administrator in their busy site testing department in Bedfordshire.
The ideal candidate will be flexible and enthusiastic in their work and manner.
Duties:
- Processing and reporting of test data
- Filing as necessary
- Emailing reports and invoices
- Creating and issuing method statements from templates
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- General email assistance for the lead Administrator
- Archiving as necessary
The candidate:
- Fundamental understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Extremely organised
- Work well under pressure in a fast paced department
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Work to own initiative
Working hours are 40 hours per week - 8:30am start
£10.00 - £11.00 per hour dependent on experience
