Office Administrator – Stockport – Construction – Up to £28,000

Working within a well-established company, you will support different parts of the organisation and have a varied role. You will be part of an energetic and focused team ensuring business processes run smoothly.
Working hours are Monday to Friday – 08:30 to 16:30

Role and Responsibilities
- Support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with customers and suppliers
- Assisting the office staff with general duties and operations.
- Answering phones, monitoring emails and other general correspondence duties.
- Carrying out general accounts’ duties and data entry
- Be competent in the use of document management system
- Support the site team in the preparation of correspondence and reports
- Book and facilitate the organisation of meetings

Candidate
IT, experienced with Microsoft Office including Excel.
Experience of the construction industry
Experience working in an administrator role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary
Up to £28,000 depending on experience
