New Build Plumbers (ideally gas safe) - Long term freelance - Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and surrounding counties - £19 per hour or Pricework

AndersElite require new build housing experienced plumbers, ideally with gas safe certification, to work on several ongoing housing sites across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas.

These projects are all on new build housing sites for tier 1 housebuilding contractors, so in order to apply you should have experience of working on sites of this nature.

Duties will be as follows:

• Install central heating and plumbing systems to new build properties
• Inspect drainage and other plumbing systems for compliance with local and national regulations
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
• Adhere to site specific safety regulations
• Follow health and safety standards and complies with building codes

In order to apply, as well as being experienced in the new build housing environment, you should possess a CSCS card and domestic ACS tickets for installing and commissioning gas boilers and gas hobs

It is expected that you would be able to drive, but precise site locations will be allocated depending on the candidates area of residence, to keep commuting to a minimum. Anyone who lives in the counties mentioned or surrounding areas is welcomed to apply.

Payment can be based on an hourly rate circa £19-20 per hour or there is the possibility of working on pricework - further details available.

There are a number of positions available for immediate starts on a long term freelance basis working on housing sites for completion late 2021.
