Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Exeter - 6 month contract

My client one of the UKs Largest Facilities managements companies in the UK who directly employ over 900 staff across the UK, delivering bespoke support services to our customers in the education, healthcare, retail and commercial sectors. Are for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in the Exeter area.

Due to a new contract award our client currently has a 6 month contract position for an experienced Multi Skilled M&E Maintenance Engineer to join an engineering team working on a contract in Exeter.

You will be required to cover the site on a 24/7 shift basis, with shifts being 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am.

The contract is working in a hospital environment.

Purpose Of Role

To maintain full and safe operational functionality and presentation of all M&E services including a wide range of heaters, air conditioners, coolers, dehumidifiers and/or other climate control equipment.

* Checking, cleaning, servicing, maintenance and record-keeping to be consistently carried out to the standards set down by the Company in accordance with the published Workshop Procedures and with Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.

* The objective is to maximise equipment safety reliability, availability and presentation. * Also to carry out repairs within the scope of training and competence.

* HVAC accessories, to maintain full and safe operational functionality * Installs and de-installs of equipment

* Rota basis call out Experience You must have relevant experience and a recognised qualification / apprenticeship in Electrical Mechanical Experience of HVAC M&E services FGAS

Full UK Driving Licence
