Mobile Fabric Technician – Suffolk – circa 27k – Immediate start

My client one of the UK’s Largest Facilities Management companies are looking for a Mobile Fabric Technician to cover the Suffolk area.

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on building fabric as required
Fabric building maintenance tasks including but not limited to carpentry, basic plumbing, painting and decorating, internal and external door repairs, plastering
Improvement works and Planned Maintenance
Emergency Repairs, Fabric and Groundwork within working hours
Work efficiently to ensure all works are completed in a safe manner and to current Health & Safety regulations
Premise Officer annual leave cover
Carry out escorting duties of sub-contractors as and when required
Procure materials and equipment to carry out works.
Complete work sheets for works undertaken and obtain authorisation from the Clients representative.
Advise Client of minor additional works and complete estimates through the contract Manager.
Attend call outs/breakdowns, carry out fault diagnosis, repair or advise as required.
Be available to carry out necessary works outside normal hours with additional remuneration
To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required

This role is permanent and is paying up to 27k, full driving license is required.

Previous experience as a Fabric Technician in a Facilities and Maintenance environment is essential.
