Are you a skilled Electrical Technician looking for a mobile role in facilities management?

I am working with a facilities management company, in search for an electrical technician to join their maintenance team on a local authority contract, working in and around Lincolnshire region.

Salary: £34,000 per annum

Annual leave: 34 days inc bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on the commercial side of the contract - you will be expected to carry out work in schools, offices, fire stations etc.
• Conduct Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) servicing.
• Perform fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to electrical building services systems and infrastructure.
• Manage power systems, 3-Phase, distribution, lighting/emergency lighting.
• Execute lamp/ballast/socket repairs and maintain alarm systems.
• Undertake minor installation work.
• Engage with stakeholders, providing fault diagnostics as needed.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent
• ECS Card
• 18th Edition
• Full UK Driving License.
• Testing & Inspection 2391 or equivalent (Desirable)
