Are you a skilled Electrical Technician looking for a mobile role in facilities management?
I am working with a facilities management company, in search for an electrical technician to join their maintenance team on a local authority contract, working in and around Lincolnshire region.
Salary: £34,000 per annum
Annual leave: 34 days inc bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Working on the commercial side of the contract - you will be expected to carry out work in schools, offices, fire stations etc.
- Conduct Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) servicing.
- Perform fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to electrical building services systems and infrastructure.
- Manage power systems, 3-Phase, distribution, lighting/emergency lighting.
- Execute lamp/ballast/socket repairs and maintain alarm systems.
- Undertake minor installation work.
- Engage with stakeholders, providing fault diagnostics as needed.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent
- ECS Card
- 18th Edition
- Full UK Driving License.
- Testing & Inspection 2391 or equivalent (Desirable)
