Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager required for a Tier 1 developer who have been established in and around London for 20 years. In the marketplace they have one of the best names in the industry. 

Required Skills
• Great understanding of M&E.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Good knowledge of both residential and commercial construction.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to co-ordinate and manage consultants and contractors.
• Ability to multi-task whilst under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong motivated and driven.
• Proactive approach and willingness to take on new tasks.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the preparation of the optimisation process through to sign off.
• Ensure that systems are installed correctly, to a high standard, and are fully compliant with regulations
• Provide specialist advice to the other members of the production team when necessary
• Manage the M&E contractors and subcontractors
• Daily report on the performance
• Site presentation
• Ensure that all building operations are carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with all relevant regulations.
• Provide specialist M&E knowledge and advice to the Health and Safety team

Qualifications:
• CSCS / ECS(JIB) (Managers Level)
• SMSTS
• First Aid Qualification (Desirable)
• Appropriate Mechanical and Electrical trade qualifications (Desirable)

Previous experience of working as a M&E Manager is vital, preferably for a main contractor and you will need to have at least 5 years working in residential construction developer.
