The rest of the time will be spent in the regional office in North Yorkshire usually book-ending the working week. The client company are able to fund all travel and if required midweek lodgings to support this.
The Mechanical Project Manager will be commercially responsible for the running of allocated projects from inception through to completion, overseeing design and project planning and managing the site installation team to deliver the project. The selected candidate will also contribute towards the final account performance working alongside the senior management team.
This position is available from May 2022, with applications welcome from candidates who are either immediately available or serving a notice period with their current employer.
It is advantageous for candidates to possess a degree / HNC in Building Services or any other technical qualifications, including SMSTS / CSCS for site management, although all applicants will be judged primarily on their previous experience.
