Our client are a principal contractor their business model is to work for regulated markets in sectors such as Healthcare, Education, Judicial and similar areas.
Job Role -
Under the direction of the Director, the Contracts Manager takes control of the project immediately it is awarded to us. The CM is then responsible for overseeing the project from start to finish, ensuring its smooth running and completion within the programme and budget. Responsibilities of the Contracts manager include the monitoring and control of the contracts, ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance is maintained and the Company's procedures and objectives are achieved.
