Job description
current job role requires me to complete the following key tasks and responsibilities:
- Short reports
- Update Workspace as required
- Produce letters, reports, memos, forms and schedules, utilising a wide range of PC based software packages
- Filing of project information as required
- Perform general internal administrative duties, including stationary ordering, copying drawings, copying CDs and general photocopying.
In addition to the above I also complete the following:
- Production and submission of IID's prior to works commencing on site and upon submission of completion packs / H&S files to Network Rail for review.
- Streetworks
- Applications and Queries to local authorities throughout the LNW Route for both Asset Management and Business Plan Schemes
- Start & Close Notices to prevent any potential fines from local councils if works are being completed without a valid permit.
- Allocation of remits whenever required.
- Creating new job folders for all Asset Management and Business Plan schemes, ensuring they include:
- Exam Reports
- On-Trac Packs
- Any site specific information relating to the works.
- Coins - Creating new jobs on database
- Creating projects within workspace enabling orders to be raised - both commercially and operationally
- Creation of site specific noise letters
- Taking, organising and distributing meeting minutes
- Calculating the contractors hours worked
- Gathering overtime timesheets and ensuring they are signed in a timely manner to suit certain deadlines
- Collating of Site Audits, Toolbox Talks & Close Calls, organising and ensuring they are in a format that can be easily processed
- Submission of Completion Packs/Health and Safety file
- Collating, reviewing and understanding site information
- Review of before, during and after photographs
- Production of TQ's/ CVI's and ensure relevant parties are notified.
- Populating multiple spreadsheets to suit demands of the business
- WWA/DWA
- Staff whereabouts
- Ops Resource
- Hours worked
- Live work bank tracker- When needed
- Updating the Health and Safety board with new and relevant information
