M&E Foot Mobile Engineer - London - Immediate start

My client who are one of the UKs Largest Facilities Management companies are looking for an M&E Foot Mobile Engineer in the London Area.

Tasks include but not limited to:

* To maintain full and safe operational functionality and presentation of all M&E services including a wide range of Plant, AHU's Pumps, Motors, Lighting, Pipework systems etc

* The objective is to maximise equipment safety reliability, availability and presentation.

* Also to carry out repairs within the scope of training and competence.

* Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.

* Being on call to provide the client with full out of hours cover.

* Carrying out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.

* Understanding and completing all work related documentation accurately and on time.

* Carrying out work in a safe and diligent manner.

* Complying with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.

* Undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required.

Requirements:

* You must have relevant experience and a recognised qualification / apprenticeship in Electrical/ Mechanical field

* Must have Mobile Engineer Experience within M&E Services

* Rota basis call out Experience

* Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.

* Strong customer care focus.

* Good communication skills.

* Proactive approach.

* Able to anticipate and/or diagnose and repair faults.


Current experience working for a Facilities Management company is essential.
