Busy Bristol Architectural studio is currently looking for a Layout Designer to join their small but growing team. This Layout Designer will be working on a range of Residential/Housing projects, so experience of working within the residential sectors is required. You will need to have several years experience in a similar role. This Individual will be able to design layouts from scratch all the way through to completion.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Layout Designer to join a practice who build strong relationships with their staff and clients. The packages that this Layout Designer will need to use and have skills in are AutoCAD, AdobeSuite and InDesign. It is also key that the successful candidate has good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Overview;
Working on a range of Residential projects
Ability to CAD up housing units and present them to the relevant persons
Working closely with the team at the practice
Work on various different large scale developments for various house builders
Establishing yourself with a growing award winning business
Designing Layouts from scratch

Position Requirements;
Several years experience working in a similar role
Living in or close to Bristol area
Experience working on Residential/Housing Projects
Proficient with AutoCAD
Microsoft Office knowledge
