Rate: £18.00 per hour via umbrella
Functional Area: A&A Commercial

Direct Report: Reports to Internal Sales Supervisor

Purpose of the Role:
The Internal Sales Coordinator is responsible for various tasks related to sales coordination, including raising and pricing quotes, job chasing to order conversion, and resolving queries and complaints. They will manage the pipeline through proactive chasing of work bank, outbound calling, and lead generation. The role focuses on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and working closely with orders and distribution functions. The Internal Sales Coordinator will also utilize skills and tools provided through Commercial Excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve volume and price targets for the designated area of responsibility.
Deliver Value Added Product targets set by BU and Regional management.
Identify and grow cash sales volumes and prices against targets.
Ensure customer satisfaction measures consistently exceed expectations.
Proactively manage the pipeline through contract chasing and lead identification.
Work towards improving OTIFIC (on-time in full invoiced correctly) performance.
Follow internal processes and procedures to ensure Good Practice.
