HVAC Project Engineer - Hinkley Point
About the Role
Working with a leading contractor I am recruiting for a HVAC Project Engineer to join their team at Hinkley Point and help build incredible infrastructure. This is a great opportunity to develop your career while contributing to a major project.

What You'll Be Doing
As an HVAC Project Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the work pack Lead in the day-to-day production of Construction work packs and associated documentation.
• Ensuring work packs and associated documentation are completed on schedule.
• Having a comprehensive understanding of relevant HVAC design discipline drawings.
• Providing HVAC guidance and expertise to the MEH Alliance works supervision.
• Producing complex method statements in compliance with MEH procedures and Client specifications.
• Producing task-based risk assessments in compliance with MEH Alliance procedures.
• Identifying the requirement for specialist tooling and materials associated with the works listed in the Workpack.
• Identifying support and temporary works requirements associated with the works listed in the work packs.

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking candidates with:
• A mechanical / HVAC discipline background.
• Relevant experience or an HNC in an engineering discipline.
• Working knowledge of engineering standards.
• IOSH Managing Safely certification preferred.
• CCNSG Safety Passport.
• The ability to obtain a high-level security clearance.
