HR Manager (Part time) - Newark £30,000 (Circa dependant on experience)

Anderselite are looking for an HR Manager on a part time basis (3 days per week) No set days.

Our client is a Midlands based Mechanical and Electrical contractor, who have been trading and growing for 30+ Years.

Our client requires a HR Manager on a part time basis in order to support their current team in the following duties:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role
• People oriented and results driven
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
