HR & Payroll Coordinator
Kearsley, Greater Manchester

£20,000 - £25,000pa DOE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR & Payroll Coordinator to work with our client based in Kearsley.

Reporting to the HR and Payroll Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing a weekly payroll for approximately 120 employees and assisting with HR administration including recruitment and onboarding.

Duties include but are not limited to:

-Processing a weekly Payroll for approximately 120 employees ensuring accuracy and processing of overtime, deductions, SSP and starters and leavers.
-Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, including offers of employment, coordination of interviews and maintaining an accurate log of applications.
-Administration of new starters and leavers to our benefit schemes.
-Processing attachment of earnings / court orders.
-Assisting with weekly pension upload and auto-enrollment checks.
-Liaising with line managers and operatives regarding payroll queries and personnel details
-Dealing with day to day payroll administration and filing of operative personnel records
-Assisting with general HR queries where possible.

Qualifications Required:

-Recognised qualification in Payroll or HR (CIPP / CIPD).
-Previous experience working within Payroll and HR is essential.
